A bit of history
Volcanic Minds was founded in September 2022 by three partners: Alessandro Capitolo, Davide Dispenza, and Davide Morra, with the goal of providing high-quality services to partners and businesses alike.
With the motto “smart, fast, efficient,” the company aims to stand out in the industry by offering not only technical services but also management and process optimization solutions.
The founders’ extensive experience in the IT sector—gained through years of collaboration with Corporates, Startups, and SMEs across various industries—highlighted the need to establish a reliable and robust technological reference point. Though young and dynamic, Volcanic Minds is positioned to make and sustain a significant impact in the IT consulting sector, driven by a clearly defined mission.

Board of directors
At Volcanic Minds, our board of directors consists of our three co-founders, each bringing unique expertise and a shared vision for success.
Davide Morra serves as CEO, CFO and Sales Manager. He drives our strategic direction, ensuring operational excellence and financial stability. As the CEO, he provides strategic leadership to the company, overseeing all aspects of the company’s operations.
Alessandro Capitolo is our CMO and CRO, leading marketing and design. His deep experience in market research, advertising, and branding fuels our customer engagement and brand growth. With a wealth of experience in marketing and design, he is responsible for the development and implementation of the company’s marketing strategies.
Davide Dispenza holds the roles of CTO, CIO, and CSO, steering our engineering and tech partnerships. His extensive knowledge and experience in technology and engineering have enabled the company to develop innovative solutions that have helped the company to stay ahead of its competitors.
Together, their complementary skills and shared vision drive Volcanic Minds’s growth and success. Combining different skills, our leadership team ensures we lead in IT consulting, delivering innovative solutions and exceptional value.
