A bit of history
Volcanic Minds was founded in September 2022 in Turin. It came out of years of IT experience with corporates, startups and SMEs, and from one recurring observation: what companies were missing was not suppliers, but a technological partner they could actually rely on.
Today we are a software house and an innovation partner. We design SaaS platforms, web and mobile applications, and AI systems for SMEs, startups and industrial groups, across healthcare, corporate, banking & finance, digital evolution, green & mobility and advertising.

Transparency here is not a slogan: this playbook is public, our quotes show ranges and payment terms before signature, and the code we write belongs to the partner who paid for it.

Rhythm of our culture
As a fully remote company, connection does not happen by accident. We keep a deliberate rhythm: regular syncs to share progress and shape ideas, workshops to build new skills, and moments that exist for no reason other than knowing each other as people, like virtual events and celebrations.
These are not entries in a calendar. They are what keeps a distributed team a team.
Partners in the center
We don’t have clients; we have partners. This is more than a choice of words. A client relationship can be transactional. A partnership is built on a shared destination.
That is why we invest the time to understand a partner’s vision, constraints and goals before proposing anything. We co-create solutions and work as an extension of the team, which also means telling a partner when we believe they are about to make an expensive mistake.
